Restaurants
Château Defay owns and operates three restaurants in Guatemala.
At the Château we are open on Saturdays and Sundays and we cater to those who would like to have lunch there. We offer such foods as appetizers, pastas, specials of the day, and other food items which are locally made such as high quality cheeses, gourmet marmelades, roasted chile pimientos, eggplants and others.
In Antigua our restaurant is called "La Casserole." It is located at 7 Callejon de la Concepcion, in front of the Jade Factory and within walking distance of the hotel Casa Santo Domingo. We are open everyday except Mondays. We serve a variety of French style foods. Tel. Phone 7832-0219
In the city of Guatemala our restaurant is called “Château Defay”. It is located in Zone 14, 14-24, 5th Avenue. We serve a variety of French and Italian foods. We are open everyday except Mondays. All of Château Defay wines are available for wine tasting and purchase in the three locations.
